Returns and refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For refund of same day delivery orders, a handling fee of $20 is applicable.
All decisions made by Schumart are final, we reserve the rights to reject a full refund should the reason for the refund is deemed unreasonable.
Refunds will be issued net of any applicable payment processing fees, which are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
If you receive a product that is damaged, dirty, or wrongly delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the product to us for inspection. If we confirm that the product is indeed damaged, dirty, or wrongly delivered, we will refund the full purchase price to you, including any shipping charges you paid.
Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind or if you simply do not like the product. However, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping charges you paid, if the product is damaged, dirty, or wrongly delivered.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide proof of the damage, dirtiness, or wrong delivery, such as photographs or video footage. We will also require that you return the product to us before we process the refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect that the product was intentionally damaged, abused, or misused.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 113 Eunos Ave 3 Gordon Industrial Building #01-15 S(409838).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale and Promotional Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All Sale and Promotional items cannot be refunded.
